Hangzhou Underwater World is located by the beautiful West Lake. With its building area of 4,000 square meters, it’s a modern marine organisms Expo which combines leisure, tourism and science. There are all kinds of aquatic and marine animals in Hangzhou Underwater World and it’s the first professional marine aquarium in the Zhejiang Province.

The main building of Hangzhou Underwater World is divided into three floors. On every floor, there are exhibition areas of different theme. Among them, the Harbour Crossing is the one definitely worth mentioning. In the winding Harbour Crossing, you may feel you’re in the bottom of the sea: just above your head, the azure water flows across and groups of colorful fishes swim around; from time to time a huge devil fish may appear; when you turning around, right behind you, there is a great white shark looking at you. What a wonderful experience!
